Mitsui Fudosan (Asia) Malaysia Sdn Bhd (MFAM) and BBCC Development Sdn Bhd (BBCCD) have formed a joint venture, MFBBCC Serviced Suites Sdn Bhd, to acquire a 44-storey serviced residence block in Bukit Bintang City Centre (BBCC) for RM242 million. MFBBCC will manage and operate the property, which includes 269 units with layouts ranging from one- to three-bedroom apartments and amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, and business center.
This project is part of the RM8.7 billion BBCC development, which also features a retail mall, entertainment hub, residential towers, and an 80-storey signature tower. The partnership reflects confidence in Malaysia’s long-term growth and its appeal as a global real estate investment destination.
