Kulim Logistics Hub is a collaboration between PKT Logistics Group Sdn Bhd, a major logistics company based in Malaysia, and Mitsui Fudosan Group. It is also Mitsui Fudosan Group’s first logistics facility project in Malaysia.
Comprising of Phase 1 and Phase 2, the project is strategically located along the Butterworth-Kulim Expressway (BKE) and in close proxmity to the established Kulim Hi-Tech Park (KHTP), which indicates substantial potential for the project.
