Are collaborating with Eastern & Oriental Berhad (E&O) on the “Conlay Project,” a high-rise condominium development in central Kuala Lumpur. This project, featuring 298 units across two towers, is situated in a prestigious residential area near Bukit Bintang and the Prince Court Medical Centre. With this addition, Mitsui Fudosan now has 13 residential projects and 15 total projects, including retail facilities, underway in Southeast Asia.
