Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. and Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB) have formed a joint venture, MFMA Development Sdn. Bhd., to develop the Mitsui Outlet Park Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). With Mitsui holding 70% and MAHB 30%, MFMA will lease land from MAHB, construct buildings, and lease them to tenants.
