Mitsui Fudosan (Asia) Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (MFAM) has announced its participation in the first-phase apartment development project at Setia Federal Hill (SFH), a large-scale mixed-use development in the Bangsar district of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This project marks the company’s fifth housing development in Malaysia, bringing its total projects in the country to nine, including retail, rental housing, and logistics facilities.
The Setia Federal Hill (SFH) project will feature two apartment buildings: Tower 1, with 687 units across 63 floors, and Tower 2, with 673 units across 62 floors, totaling 1,360 units. The development aims to attract a diverse range of homebuyers, including families, singles, and DINK households, with its convenient location and planned retail facilities. Additionally, SFH will incorporate green spaces and aims to achieve GreenRE Gold certification by implementing energy-efficient elevators and EV charging stations.
