Kulim Logistics Hub is a unique logistics facility located in Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia. It is a collaboration between PKT Logistics Group Sdn Bhd, a major Malaysian logistics company, and Mitsui Fudosan Group, marking Mitsui Fudosan’s first logistics project in Malaysia.

The project is strategically situated along the Butterworth-Kulim Expressway (BKE), providing convenient access to Penang Port and Penang International Airport. It is also near the Kulim Hi-Tech Park (KHTP), a hub for the electrical, electronic, and automotive industries.

Kulim Logistics Hub is being developed in two phases. Phase 1, with a facility of approximately 22,000 square meters, was completed in Q3 2024. Phase 2, which will add another 14,000 square meters, has commenced construction and is expected to complete in Q3 2025. The hub will also feature amenities such as a cafeteria and fitness center to enhance employee wellbeing and productivity.
